Oh no! We want to make sure you have the best Snackivory experience possible. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to make it right!
Can I Cancel My Order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you need to update your shipping address, email us at [hello@snackivory.com] ASAP. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to adjust the address, and it will be your responsibility to retrieve it from the provided shipping location.
